* Richard Ancheta was great to work with. He kept me updated with the progress of the work that was being done. He was honest and upfront about the availability of the parts that were necessary to complete the work requested, before the work even started. This was important to know since all of the work could not be completed on the same day. I knew what to expect when I returned to pick up my vehicle. Leo, the courtesy driver, was nice and respectful. Leo was very accurate on his pick-up times; I did not have to wait for him to arrive. - I located the vehicle via the LINCOLN website.  The response from McDavid by email was almost instantaneous followed up by a very rapid phone call.  The negotiations by phone were seamless, and the entire process was handled professionally and promptly.  My sales person did a very good job orchestrating the process from negotiations to delivery.  There were 3 reasons I went with the Navigator.  First and foremost is the fold-flat rear seat.  Second is that I admire Ford Motor Company's fiscal responsibility while not participating in the government bailouts.  Third is that my uncle has leased and owned 3 Navigators, and I was completely impressed by the ride and quality.  I am excited about my purchase - it is comfortable and quiet.  Henry D, 8/2010
